Ability to produce work breakdown and cost code structures for projects required in the analysis of estimates for cost control and planning purposes. Prior experience in complete administration of contracts and subcontracts including re-measurement when applicable in accordance with specific contract requirements and / or company procedures is crucial. You must be able to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
