Jobtrack is the proud recipient of the Dubai Quality Appreciation Program - 2004
The Dubai Quality Award is based on the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). It is a process for recognizing role model organizations. This model provides a holistic framework for organizational excellence. Organizations are judged by an independent body against nine criteria: Leadership, Policy and Strategy, People, Partnerships and Resources, Processes, Customer Results, People Results, Society Results, Key Performance Results.
