18 years may not sound long enough but in the context of the Recruitment business, and particularly in the UAE, it is indeed a fairly long Jobtrack history.

2010 did pose a number of job challenges. But the spirit of the UAE which is one of supreme optimism coupled with a very dynamic Country leadership gives us the comfort we need to look ahead with a degree of optimism.

Globally, the one single most important subject being discussed is JOBS. Or, more importantly the creation of more jobs. We feel privileged that our business impacts human lives in an absolute direct manner. Our commitment of finding the right jobs for our candidates and equally giving quality candidates to our clients continues. We have been doing this for the past 18 years.

Professionally, having spent over two decades in Corporate HR and then moving to the other end of the spectrum as in Recruiting has been a fantastic journey. The adrenalin springs from the fascinating challenge of meeting the aspirations of both the clients and the candidates - quite often their respective goals are diametrically opposite.

Job hunting has become a serious sport and a mission. Candidate hunting has become equally demanding. But, we enjoy this challenge and look forward to it every day. Trust me, you cannot do this job if you lack passion - you will run out of steam.
